Aura

Terms of use

Last updated:

These terms cover this website and the Aura launch list, provided by Niv Asayag. By using the site or joining the list you agree to them.

The website

The site describes Aura, a study notebook app for iPhone and iPad that is not yet on the App Store. Features may change before and after launch. Nothing here is an offer to sell.

The launch list

Joining is free. We will email you when Aura is available and you can leave at any time. Please only add an email address that is yours.

The app

When Aura is available it is provided through Apple’s App Store or TestFlight and is subject to Apple’s terms, including Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement, together with Aura’s own terms of use shown in the app. AI answers can be wrong: check them against your sources.

Payments, delivery and refunds

The Aura Monthly plan and credit packs are sold through Apple.

This website sells nothing and takes no payments. Aura is delivered digitally as an app download from the App Store or TestFlight; nothing is shipped. If paid features are offered in the app, they are bought, billed and refunded through Apple under Apple’s terms, and you can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law are not limited by these terms.

Trademarks

Aura and the Aura mark belong to Niv Asayag. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Apple Pencil, App Store and TestFlight are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other app names are used only to describe import support and belong to their owners; Aura is not affiliated with them.

No warranty

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
